Best Affiliate Niche Blog

Sometimes I am amazed at people’s attitude toward Affiliate Marketing.  It’s almost like some people think of it as a “Get Rich Quick” scheme.

But that’s not my attitude.  I’ve worked long hours and put in a lot of time to build my affiliate business.  That’s why I was surprised when a person in the audience at the Affiliate Summit “SEO Secrets” seminar asked this very pointed question to the SEO Affiliate Marketing panel:

He raised his hand, took the mike and asked:  Why is it bad to use Black Hat Techniques in Affiliate Marketing?

The answer came as another question:  Well, do you want to build a business, or do you just want to make money?

He answered:  I just want to make money!

There was low laughter in the room, which quickly subsided.  I’m not sure anyone wanted to be noticed laughing, or even agreeing with the guys response.

The reality is though, we all want to make money.  However,  all the experts agreed that if Black Hat Marketing is the way you want to “get rich,” then be prepared to have your entire business taken away from you someday – probably very quickly, and without warning! 

It might be from another Google Slap, or just the fact that other marketers and super affiliates will not do business with you if you are using black hat techniques. 

I’m not entirely sure why anyone would put the time and effort into researching and building something based on things that are not accepted in the marketplace.  My idea has always been to build a sustainable business, one that will help me retire in the near future – with continued profits.

White Hat marketing is the only way to accomplish this, and that’s what you should stick with if you want to be a successful Affiliate Niche Marketer.
