Free Trend Search Tool
This week, I’ve been scouting the Internet for Free tools that Niche Marketers can use.Â
Notice I said FREE! I wasn’t sure I would find anything, but sure enough, here’s one that has huge potential for those who are undecided about which niche they want to enter. It’s always nice to pick a profitable one!
It’ Nielsen BuzzMetrics’s BlogPulse Trend Search. This tool create graphs that plot “buzz” about specific search terms. It mostly searches blog posts to see what’s going on. Before you think this sounds hard, just give it a try. You fill in a few blanks and Viola! You get to see immediately which Niche has the highest potential!
It should be VERY useful for deciding what Niche to go into. Just for fun I plotted the niche “dog” against “pets” and “dog” was the winner by far! Â
Guess what else? Dogs are talked about WAYYY more than Cats! Do you think that information would be useful? It took me about 15 seconds to do the trend search. And if I was thinking of entering a new niche, I would definitely select dogs over cats or pets.
This could be really useful for those using the PLNewsletter Product. If you are not marketing this one to your list, it’s time to start. You have to be a member in order to promote it, but it’s a reoccurring commission – one sale can keep paying for years!Â
